Our next in-person English Worship Service will be held Sunday (8/1) at 9:00AM. Praise God for His love and care for us over the past year! If you plan to attend, you will need to pre-register(we are capping attendance at 60 people). The link to the form is below. Thank you!
8/1 is communion Sunday. We will be having Communion at the service. We won’t be passing the elements, but people will remove their masks briefly to take the bread and cup.
Here is some additional information: We praise God that we can hold in-person Sunday services. Registration for the services will be sent through your Fellowship Groups or will be available through the Church Office.
For those who are worshipping at home, the service will still be available as a livestream that starts at the same time as the in-person service. For groups not meeting in person, the service will be available at the DCCC website as usual.
What to expect at DCCC In-Person Services: To attend, you will be registering in advance. We will be allowing 60 congregants maximum in each service. For safety, we ask that only those who are vaccinated and are free of COVID19 symptoms attend.
When you arrive, you will check in at our registration table where your temperature will be taken. From there, an usher will direct you to your seats. During the service, you may sing quietly. After the service, please exit the building promptly out of the doors on the south end of the building. The clean up crew will be wiping down surfaces and venting the room after you leave.
For safety, we ask all attendees to: -Attend only if vaccinated (if you are not vaccinated, we ask that you watch our online service) -Wear a mask (without a valve) that will cover the nose and mouth completely -Have their temperature taken -Use hand sanitizer often -Maintain safe distances from others -No eating/drinking (except for Communion or short drinks of water) -Stay in the area of the sanctuary only (the bathroom is available, but please don’t go to other areas of the church building or backyard) -Sing softly during worshipThe COVID19 situation is constantly changing.
We seek God’s wisdom as we begin to reopen the church. Please demonstrate God’s grace, patience, and unity as we start this process. We look forward to once again seeing each other to worship and fellowship together!
